Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers in navigating websites and online dashboards.
* Providing VIP-level customer service with prompt and efficient responses.
* Clearly explaining products and services to users of all technical abilities.
* Troubleshooting issues and ensuring customers always leave satisfied.

* Exceptional communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English.

* Rotating shift pattern: standard hours 9-6, with shifts of either 1-10.00, 7-4 or 9-6.
