Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Whittington Health - NHS as a Data Analyst for the Temporary Staffing Team on a fixed term contract for 12months.
This post will be integral in informing the activity of the Ops Manager and System Specialist posts.
Responsibilities:
* Full analysis on rates of bank pay including escalated rates across the Trust and comparing across NCL for all staff groups with recommendations for alignment.
* Full analysis on historically agreed agency rates.
* Liaise with divisions and departments to establish and provide accurate and meaningful temporary staffing data.
* Establish and create reports for internal and external use.
* Identify hotspot areas for high usage for agency and bank and high costs agency spend.
Experience Required:
* Temporary Staffing experience/knowledge
* Can deal with a fast paced, high-pressured environment.
* Previous experience as a Data Analyst.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
