Job Description
Demand Management Analyst
Location: Irlam (with some flexibility to work from home)
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
Use customer sales data (EPOS and shipment history) to create accurate forecasts in SAP
Work directly with the customer to agree and review promotional forecasts
Lead regular meetings with the customer to discuss service levels, risks, and forecast changes
Troubleshoot supply issues and work with internal teams to maintain high service levels
Run weekly internal forecast meetings and update commercial teams
Identify risks and opportunities within demand plans to support stock and sales
Provide basic support across other customer accounts when needed (e.g., holiday cover)
Work to set KPIs and performance metrics
About You:
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Confident working with customers and cross-functional teams
Excellent Excel skills
Experience in demand planning or forecasting roles (ideally in FMCG)
SAP experience is a plus
Able to build positive working relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
Comfortable occasionally visiting customers as part of the role
