A well-established private dental clinic in West London is seeking an experienced and driven Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with a strong commercial mindset and healthcare background.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the clinic’s daily operations, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient workflows
* Leading, supporting, and developing a high-performing team

* Monitoring financial performance and KPIs to support business decisions

Candidate Requirements:
