Waltham Abbey | £30,000 + Bonus
We are hiring on behalf of our client looking for a motivated Depot supervisor to join their team. This role offers a clear progression path to Site Manager, making it a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
* Support the COO in managing daily operations.
* Oversee stock control and site efficiency.
* Work closely with production teams and office staff.
* Create and adjust production plans as needed.
* Track performance and reporting.
What You Need:
* A background in transport / warehouse
* Forklift license (preferred).
* Ability to problem-solve and multitask.
* A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail.
* Previous experience in team leading or team management would be ideal for this role
