What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the clinical team to deliver person-centred care of the highest quality
Supporting the Home Manager with compliance, audits, and care planning
Building trusted relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Coaching and mentoring nurses and carers to grow in their roles
Ensuring dignity, independence, and wellbeing are always front and centreWhat We're Looking For:
Active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting
A strong communicator with a hands-on, motivational approach
Passionate about delivering excellence in elderly care
