Clinical Deputy Manager – Nursing Home – Cardiff
Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time (mix of clinical and supernumerary shifts)

We’re looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join our friendly, dedicated team at our 40-bedded nursing home in Cardiff, part of an award-winning care organisation known for excellence in person-centred care.
About the Role As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. You’ll lead by example, providing both hands-on clinical support and supernumerary oversight. You’ll also help guide and develop the team, working closely with staff, residents, and their families.

What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin
Some experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred, but not essential – we invest in training and development for the right candidate
