Deputy Home Manager - £26,250.00 – (Days) – REDHILL – PERMANENT
Due to the opening of a brand new service in Redhill, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Home Manager or a Senior Support Worker ready for the next stage of your career. The Home is a fantastic facility with first class amenities, in a great location.
The service is a Brand New Supported Living Service for 6 Adults, most of whom are self sufficient.
Shifts are both Earlies and Lates (7am-2.00pm and 2.00pm-9pm), working 5 shifts a week. This includes alternative weekends. You must work BOTH early and late shifts and get yor rota one month in advance.
Duties and Responsibilities
* A good working knowledge of CQC standards and the Health and Social Act 2008;
* You will be tasked with helping to lead and supervising the support and care teams to deliver the highest standards of person centred care.
* It’s important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 – 5.
* You will be supported by the management team.
Please note - at present having a Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
