We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager (nurse qualified), to work within a small nursing home just outside of Blackpool, Lancashire. The 30 bed home has a fantastic reputation, and this role is perfect for someone who values kindness, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of residents.

As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will:
Oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
Create and update individual care plans for residents.
Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
Provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the team.
Hands on nursing duties.
Develop strong relationships with key partners within the community.
Ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas.
Assist the Registered Manager in running the Home.Package and Benefits:
The role of Deputy Home Manager role comes with a comprehensive package, including:
Hourly rate of £22 - £24ph
Paid breaks
Working 48 hours per week – 4 x 12 hour shifts from 8am-8pm
Allocated supernumerary time
Annual salary of up to £59,000+

Proven clinical experience in a nursing home environment at Clinical Lead, Deputy, or Home Manager level
Active NMC pin - RGN, RMN or RNLD
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to create and maintain accurate care plans and medication records.
