This is an exciting opportunity for a 1st level Registered Nurse (with a valid PIN) who is looking to take on leadership responsibilities and grow professionally. The current Home Manager is an experienced leader who will provide strong guidance and mentorship as you continue to develop your skills and experience.

Step into the leadership role in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring the home operates smoothly, and all legislation and care standards are upheld.

Support the Home Manager in managing residents’ personal finances while ensuring confidentiality and respect at all times.

Help guide and support the care team, ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently met.
