Our client is looking for a dedicated and nurse qualified Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager with the running of the small care home in Warrington. The home provides nursing and residential care for elderly residents. In this role, you'll work alongside the excellent home manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care. The home has an excellent reputation in the area and has achieved 'Good' ratings for the previous CQC inspections.
Key Responsibilities for the Deputy Manager:
- Lead and manage the care home, maintaining the highest quality of care.
- Mixture of supernumerary and on-floor shifts
- Inspire and develop a dedicated, passionate staff team.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
