Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Deputy Team Manager -Assessment Team within the Social Care industry in Enfield Council.
The duties for the team manager job can include up to the following:
Literacy and numeracy to the required level
Post qualifying supervision of SW's or students
Basic training in management competencies
Overseeing the referral and duty system
Offering guidance on completing CAFs
Supervising cases that are waiting to be transferred to the children in need or safeguarding team
Chairing complex family meetings
Conducting Section 47's
Court Work
Working in a fast paced environment
Child Protection
Looked After Children
Recruit, manage and develop staff
Experience preferred:
Post qualifying experience of working within a statutory Referral & Assessment Team within the UK Social Care industry.
The team:
Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.
Minimum Requirements:
SWE Registration
3 year post qualifying experience within UK
Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
Eligibility to work in the UK
