White Label is representing an engineering and manufacturing business in Huddersfield looking to add a talented Design Engineer to their team.
As a Design Engineer, you’ll take charge of developing innovative design concepts for valves and other advanced process flow equipment. This is your chance to make a real impact in a forward-thinking business at the forefront of engineering excellence!
My client is offering a starting salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities of the Design Engineer
* To design and develop new and existing products.
* Working closely with other engineering departments to projects run efficiently.
* To perform structural calculations.
* Material selection.
* To perform FEA AND CFD.
* To perform design calculations for valves.
Experience required of the Design Engineer
* 3 years or more experience designing valves or similar products.
* 3D CAD experience (ideally Solidworks).
* Educated to HNC/HND level or equivalent.
