Position Highlights:
Role: Design Manager

Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in cladding (fire remediation experience highly desirable)Key Responsibilities:
Applying technical knowledge of fire safety regulations, cladding systems, and materials used in envelope cladding
Managing design stages and coordinating with architects, fire engineers, and stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Problem-solving during planning and on-site activities
Utilizing technical tools and software such as Auto-Cad or similar for managing design tasks
Effectively communicating with design houses, consultants, and other project stakeholders
Managing budgets, cost estimations, and value engineering
Mentoring and leading a design team to drive project successSalary Band: £65,000 - £85,000 per annumBefore You Apply
