Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 (M1 – UPS3)
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: September 2025 (Permanent position)

What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A solid understanding of the Design & Technology curriculum
A specialism in Food Technology or Engineering is desirable, but applicants with specialisms in other areas of Design & Technology are also encouraged to apply
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A enhanced child-only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Two professional references from recent employment
Your Role:
Teach engaging Design & Technology lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, covering both practical and theoretical aspects of the curriculum
Make full use of the school’s modern facilities and resources to enhance student learning
Motivate and challenge students of varying abilities, encouraging them to develop a love for the subject
Contribute to extracurricular activities, promoting D&T beyond the classroom
