Job Description

A top-performing grammar school in Watford is looking for a dynamic Design & Technology (DT) Teacher to join their outstanding Technology faculty. The successful candidate will teach DT across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with potential to teach at Key Stage 5 in specialist areas such as Engineering or Product Design. The school places a high value on innovation, creativity, and problem-solving. The department is well-resourced with laser cutters, 3D printers, CNC equipment, and a dedicated CAD suite. Students are encouraged to think critically and design with real-world challenges in mind, often competing in national engineering competitions and design showcases.
