Job Description
We're hiring a Digital & IT Senior Analyst with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset. This role goes beyond ticket resolution, it's about leading IT projects, analyzing business needs, and delivering smart, scalable solutions in a manufacturing environment.
Role: Senior IT Analyst
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Loughborough
Working Days: 5 days/week in office
Duration: Permanent (should be eligible for BPSS clearance)
What You'll Do:
Lead IT infrastructure and digital projects
Analyze business processes and develop tech strategies
Provide advanced support using ServiceNow and ITIL best practices
Deliver outstanding customer service and user training
Work closely with teams to implement solutions that drive results
What You Bring:
Degree or relevant IT certifications
4+ years' IT experience, including project management
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Experience with ServiceNow and in manufacturing environments
Proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA)
