Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Coventry, West Midlands (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 DOE + bonus
We're working on behalf of an award-winning eCommerce brand in the health and wellness sector, known for their innovative products and loyal customer base. Following continued growth across the UK and Europe, they're now looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their performance marketing function and lead a high-performing team.
The Role:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll have strategic ownership of paid media, SEO, and conversion performance across all key channels. You'll be a key player in growing digital acquisition and optimising spend effectiveness, while supporting a collaborative team and feeding into commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
Own SEO strategy and collaborate with the content team to improve search rankings
Manage a £500k+ annual media budget with a data-first approach
Lead CRO initiatives through A/B testing and user behaviour analysis
Produce regular reports on campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and internal dashboards
Line manage and mentor 2 Digital Executives
Act as the main point of contact for external PPC and creative agencies
What We're Looking For:
4+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in a DTC or eCommerce brand
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing sizeable digital budgets
Proficient with GA4, Looker Studio, and Shopify (preferred)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools a plus
