Are you a driven and creative digital marketing professional with a passion for delivering results through SEO and PPC? We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our leading B2B services organisation based in Peterlee.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and optimise SEO and PPC campaigns to drive quality traffic and generate leads

Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up to date, user-friendly and optimised for performance
*
Oversee CRM systems, ensuring effective customer segmentation, data integrity, and campaign targeting
*
Plan and execute engaging email marketing campaigns that align with broader marketing goals
*
Analyse and report on performance metrics across all digital channels to drive continual improvement
*
Collaborate across departments to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role within a B2B environment

Hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), and web analytics tools
*
Experience in CRM management and email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
*
Strong understanding of website creation and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
*
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions

Excellent project management and communication skills
