Job Description
Vertical Recruitment is working exclusively with a Leading Building Services Design and Build Contractor, established for over 15 years the Business has grown to a turnover of over 40M. They are a market leader in the field of specialist environments. With a strong client base within the UK Food and beverage, Industrial and Pharmaceutical industries.
As the company looks towards its next phase of growth and development, they are looking to attract Director level business leaders who can bring experience, new ideas and ultimately help the company to identify new areas of growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Building Services background in Contracting, Maintenance or FM. Ideally having worked within similar specialist sectors with manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food and beverage or data centres.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* In-depth knowledge of the M&E space is a must for the role
* Proven track record of developing and managing successful teams
* Excellent people and team working skills
* A Strong network of industry relationships with the ability secure new and repeat business.
* Experience within a specialist environment sector.
