Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a national provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord , to appoint an experienced disrepair surveyor to join their busy property team covering Surrey.
You will be responsible for pre and post inspections, specifications, & client side contractor management to ensure Complex Repair work & Disrepair cases in your designated area completed within agreed timescales and quality standardsBefore You Apply
