Job Description
Unite People are recruiting for a permanent Document Controller on behalf of a long-standing civil engineering client for a major project in the North West region.
About the Role:
You will be an integral part of the day-to-day running’s of a near £1billion construction project. With over 18 months of work on this project alone. Please see below:
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Keeping records up to date and ensuring all information is accessible to the team.
* Distributing controlled copies of information, adhering to design management procedures.
* Overseeing the printing of design-related project documents.
* Managing and maintaining hard copies of all project documents on site.
* Ensuring the site team is using the most current version of design documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry.
* Located in or near Desside
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team.
