Job Description

Position: Document Controller Rate: £175 Inside IR35 per day Location: Birmingham Start date: 26th May Contract Duration: 2 months People Group are looking to recruit a Document Controller from a Client Side background to work for a Train Operating Company. Responsibilities: Maintaining Document Control Management system across all FRP projects Configuration Management Administration Support Preparation of BPC and KM submissions Preparation of PBF slide-deck PMO / Project Support Minute-taking Experience: Experience in document management, archive management, or record management within the rail sector Effective communication skills and commercial awareness Fully competent at using IT systems and Office software Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) like Salesforce/Boxit, Sharepoint/Teams and Twexnet (Business Collaborator)
