Stock Condition Surveyor & Domestic Energy Assessor – Contract Opportunity
Are you a Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor looking for your next contract?
Boden is currently partnering with a consultancy managing a large portfolio in Slough. We are seeking two Stock Condition Surveyors/Domestic Energy Assessors to conduct several thousand condition surveys across the area.
Key Responsibilities:

Conducting stock condition surveys and domestic energy assessments
*
Recording data on a handheld device/tablet
*
Ensuring compliance with HHSRS standards
Requirements:
*
Experience using handheld devices (Tablet PC)
*
Strong knowledge of HHSRS
*
Qualified DEA Assessor
*
Previous stock condition surveying experience
This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for further work.
