Astute's Renewables Team is exclusively partnering with a leading installer of both domestic and commercial scale solar, with a strong commitment to professional growth, to recruit a Sales Manager for its Buckinghamshire site.
The strategically important Sales Manager role comes with a salary of up to £45,000 (with an OTE of up to £65,000), pension, car allowance and more.

Responsibilities and duties of the Sales Manager role
Reporting to the General Manager you will:
Lead business development in the domestic market and network
Report on target markets, contacts and implement plans of engagement
Be an account manager, as well as build relationships with new customers
Continue to evolve your sales techniques, to run with the market
Be a focal point between design and production, to maintain transparency and ensure the project is completed on time
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
Proven experience with closing Solar sales of under 50kWp in B2C and B2B environments
An overall excellent understanding of the domestic Solar marker
Able to coordinate others to assist in tender and bid developments
Strong IT and conversational skills
Full UK Driving License is essential
Personal skills
The Sales Manager role would suit someone who is:
