Essential Requirements:
* A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
* A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (or demonstrably equivalent experience).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of care.
* The ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the wider care team.
