Drama Teacher – Outstanding School – Croydon

This is a full-time, permanent position, teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5). Responsibilities:
The successful Drama Teacher will plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that foster creativity, confidence, and technical proficiency in performance. You will explore a range of dramatic techniques and styles, develop students' skills, and create a supportive environment for creative exploration. Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to school productions are key expectations for this Drama Teacher role. A talented Drama Teacher is required.
Requirements:
Applicants must be a qualified Drama Teacher (QTS) with a degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field. Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level is essential. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a genuine passion for theatre and developing young performers are required. Experience in directing or assisting with school productions is highly desirable.
