Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely replace gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes, adhering to all health & safety procedures and industry regulations.
* Provide first-class after-care service, including full demonstrations to customers on using their new meters.
* Repair and maintain meters after initial installation.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Dual Fuel Engineer.
* Strong knowledge of gas and electrical systems.
* A professional, customer-focused approach.
* Level 2 diploma in Smart Metering.
* Valid certifications: MET1, CMA1/CCN1
* MOCOPA desirable
* Full UK driving license.
