Pay: £70 to £110 dependent on experience*

What’s the job?
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and nurturing Early Years team. You will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and working closely with individual pupils or small groups to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Who are you?
Have experience working with young children, ideally in a school or nursery setting
Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification (e.g. in Childcare, Teaching Assistance, or Early Years)
Are patient, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic about early childhood education
Have excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Key Responsibilities:
Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), in and out of the classroom
Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
Assisting with planning and delivering tailored learning activities
Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and communication development
Monitoring and recording progress, and providing feedback to teachers and parents
Supporting children with additional needs, where required
