Location: Coventry, CV3
Contract Type: Part-Time (27 hours per week)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Coventry (CV3). This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who is committed to providing outstanding early years education and care.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, learning, and well-being of children aged 0–5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality childcare in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Observe, monitor, and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records
Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
Build strong, professional relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare of all children in your care
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent)
Proven experience working within an early years setting
Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to working with children and families
