Early Years Practitioner – Full Time – Mansfield NG18
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Salary: £90–£110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Class Mate is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the NG18 area. We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join their EYFS team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young children in a well-supported and engaging learning environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work alongside a team of experienced Early Years staff, supporting pupils in Nursery and Reception. You will help plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote early learning and development across all areas of the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of high-quality early years education and care

Assist in planning and leading purposeful learning experiences

Provide individual and small group support tailored to pupil needs

Monitor and record children’s progress against EYFS outcomes
*
Foster a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a recognised Level 4 Early Years or TA qualification
*
Have recent experience in an EYFS setting
*
Be confident in supporting children’s language, literacy, and numeracy development
*
Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills
*
Show a nurturing and proactive approach to supporting young children
