Job Description
We are looking for 2x passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join our friendly Baby Room and Preschool team. As a key member of our setting, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years, helping them grow, learn, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver stimulating activities that support children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
Create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment where every child feels valued.
Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Accurately record and track children's development and progress, sharing updates with parents.
Support children's personal care needs and ensure their wellbeing and safety at all times.
Person Specification:
Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting.
A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
