Nursery Practitioner – Harlow, Essex
Loyal Blue Recruitment is proud to be hiring on behalf of a well-established, Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery group for their beautiful setting based in Harlow, Essex.
We’re looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about early years education and ready to join a friendly, nurturing environment that truly puts children first.
About the Role
You’ll work as part of a supportive team to create a home-from-home experience for the children, while delivering high standards of care and early education.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Creating a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment for children to learn and thrive
*
Planning and implementing engaging, play-based learning activities
*
Building strong relationships with key children and their families
*
Accurately recording observations and tracking development
*
Supporting the Room Leader to deliver best practice across the setting
*
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised environment
*
Communicating effectively with parents and carers, both face-to-face and through internal systems
*
Ensuring all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed

A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
