Are you passionate about working with young children and supporting their early development? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join as Bank staff for Tiger Cubs Day Nursery. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality care and education. The successful candidate will also need to hold a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education for children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.
Promote children's well-being, safeguarding, and health and safety at all times.
Requirements:
A relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent).
Experience working in an early years setting is mandatory.
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
