Consistently excellent feedback from current Early Years PractitionersThe Role - Early Years Practitioner:
The Early Years Practitioner will work on a flexible, ad-hoc basis depending on availability
Support daily routines, play and learning across baby, toddler and preschool rooms
The Early Years Practitioner will follow safeguarding and EYFS frameworks at all times
No paperwork or planning required - focus purely on care and engagement
Ideal for a skilled Early Years Practitioner seeking balance or varied experienceCandidate Requirements:
A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification is essential for the Early Years Practitioner
The Early Years Practitioner must be reliable, caring, and enthusiastic
Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding policies is essential
Must be confident working across different age groups and adapting quickly
