Early Years Practitioner  Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary Location: Chichester Pay:  £80- £100 Start Date: September ’25 – July ‘26   What’s the job? Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (for children aged 3-5). Kind, compassionate, and empathetic approach. Have experience working in anEarly Years environment. Understand how young children learn and develop. Can work effectively with colleagues, parents, and professionals. Have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Framework. Hold Paediatric First Aid training (desirable) Valid driving licence (desirable) What are your responsibilities? Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences. Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. Promote children’s independence, confidence, and curiosity through play-based learning. Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
