Job Title: Full-Time EYFS Teacher
Location: Worthing Area
Contract Type: Full-Time (May – End of Academic Year)
Teaching Personnel is excited to be working alongside a school in the Worthing area to recruit a Full-Time Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher. This role is set to begin in May and will run until the end of the academic year.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursery Manager to deliver a high-quality Early Years curriculum (EYFS), ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times. You will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment and promoting positive learning opportunities for all children.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Nursery Manager in implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional development of all children.
Plan and deliver exciting learning opportunities to develop children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional skills.
Promote inclusion and support the identification and teaching of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Collaborate with support staff to plan teaching and learning in line with school policy.
Reinforce the school’s positive behaviour policy and code of conduct.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Hold a Qualified Early Years Teacher (QTS) or be an Early Years Practitioner with a BA degree in Early Years or Early Childhood Studies.
Demonstrate a passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their development.
Be proactive and able to engage with children through various learning activities.
Have experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Have access to a car due to the school’s location.
Additional Information:
Full-time, with a May start date until the end of the academic year.
