About the Role:
As the class teacher in Early Years, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment, supporting children's development through play and structured activities, and working collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with EYFS curriculum.
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Track and report on children's progress and development.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to provide the best support to students
Communicate effectively with parents and carers.Candidate Requirements:
Hold QTS, PGCE, or be an ECT.
Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Strong understanding of EYFS framework and child development.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
