The school is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Early Career Teacher to join the team from September. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your teaching practice within a supportive and ambitious setting.
As an Early Career Teacher, you will be required to:
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective planning for progression
Ability to create inclusive, engaging, and differentiated lessons to meet a range of pupil needs
Willingness to learn, reflect, and develop practice through ongoing support and mentoring
Ability to establish positive behaviour management strategies and routines
The ideal candidate for the Early Career Teacher role will have:
Holds QTS and is registered as an Early Career Teacher
A strong work ethic who is willing to commit until the end of the academic year
UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
