NQT MFL Teacher Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and creative MFL lessons to secondary school students
Plan and prepare lessons according to the national curriculum
Encourage student progress and support language acquisition
Assess and monitor students’ learning and development
Build strong relationships with students, parents and staff
Take part in school activities, meetings, and parent evenings
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
NQT MFL Teacher Requirements:
Must be an ECT with a specialism in MFL (French, Spanish or other modern foreign language)
A UK recognised teaching qualification with QTS
Passion for languages and teaching young people
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Commitment to professional development and student success
Must be able to work full-time, long-term or permanent
Live locally to Tower Hamlets, Newham or be willing to travel
