The Role
As an ECT, you will:

What We’re Looking For
* A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Passion for teaching in KS1 or KS2 and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
* A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to classroom teaching.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
