We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. If you're driven, organised, and passionate about connecting great educators with the right opportunities, this role offers both challenge and reward.
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage and grow your own desk within the education sector. You’ll build lasting relationships with schools and education professionals, placing high-quality staff into short-term, long-term, and permanent roles. No two days are the same—this is a fast-paced, target-driven role that requires excellent people skills and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships within schools and education institutions
* Source, screen, and interview candidates
* Match candidates to suitable vacancies and coordinate placements
* Manage bookings and ensure a high level of service delivery
* Achieve agreed KPIs and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in recruitment (education recruitment preferred)
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities
* A genuine interest in education and helping schools find great staff
* A self-starter with a positive, team-focused attitude
