Our client, a reputable and growing M&E contractor, is looking for a dynamic Electrical Contracts Manager to join their Sheffield team. With a strong pipeline of work across Yorkshire and the UK, they’re known for their commitment to quality, safety, and long-standing relationships with high-profile clients. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing: * Overseeing multiple electrical contracts from pre-start through to final account, ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious delivery * Driving site safety, compliance and best practice — leading by example at all times * Managing project programmes and resource planning to eliminate delays and maximise efficiency * Taking ownership of commercial aspects, including cost forecasting, CVR reviews and subcontractor engagement * Maintaining strong client relationships and representing the company at site meetings and progress reviews * Ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards are met throughout every stage of the project 📌 We’re Looking For Someone With: * Proven experience managing electrical projects/contracts within commercial or industrial settings * Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, NEC contracts (especially Early Warning & Compensation Events), and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Inspection & Testing (2392), SMSTS and CSCS qualifications * Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to manage site teams and liaise with clients confidently * A commercial mindset and ability to analyse project costs, progress, and risks effectively 🎯 What’s In It For You? * A competitive salary of up to £70,000 (depending on experience) * Company car or car allowance * Pension contributions and a flexible benefits package * The opportunity to join a growing business with a reputation for excellence and a strong pipeline of exciting projects 🔧 About the Client: Our client is a well-respected name in the M&E sector, delivering primary installation works across the UK.
