As an Electrical Design Engineer you will be responsible for:
Lead engineering efforts on turnkey projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and cost management.
Use ERP systems like CALIACH to build BOMs and release work orders from CAD/ePlan/AutoCad drawings.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Create innovative design concepts and schematics guided by senior engineers and management.
Support the completion of technical files (CE Marking) and manuals to meet quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments, including project management, shop floor, and purchasing teams, to deliver commitments on time.
The Electrical Design Engineer will have the following:
Proven experience in designing and developing test cell, test equipment, special purpose equipment, industrial cabins and/or electrical power panel and associated systems. o
Proficiency in ePlan or AutoCAD software for design and schematics.
A degree qualification or equivalent experience in an electrical technical discipline.
A solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, including test cell systems, motors, drives, PLC systems, and power distribution.
Familiarity with BS 13849, 7671, and 60204 standards, as well as value engineering concepts.
