Electrical Engineer – Glasgow
About the Role:
Join a leading manufacturer of iconic confectionery products as an Electrical Engineer at our Glasgow facility. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-performance production operations and grow your expertise within a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
Salary:
£45,000-£51,000
Your Impact:
You’ll play a central role in maintaining operational excellence by:
* Executing reactive and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and optimise production efficiency.
* Troubleshooting and enhancing PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi) and robotic/servo controls.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and improve equipment reliability.
* Prioritizing strict adherence to health, safety, and compliance protocols.

* Background in food production, FMCG, or manufacturing is advantageous.
