Shift Pattern: 6PM-6AM, 4 on 4 off

About the Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. You will be responsible for:
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime.
Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns to keep operations running efficiently.
Installation work to support site upgrades and improvements.
Working in a dynamic FMCG environment, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.
What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 3 (minimum) and a diploma in electrical engineering or JIB card.
Experience in an FMCG environment (food manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
A positive, team-focused attitude with a commitment to safety and efficiency.
