Job Description
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.
As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled.
* Response to reactive repairs.
* Minor building fabric repairs, minor decorating tasks, minor plumbing tasks and general office maintenance.
* Maintaining accurate documentation of all assigned work orders and comply fully with health and safety & Environmental policies.
* Providing excellent customer service to building occupants.
* Ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.
To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:
* Level 3/Equivalent in Electrical installation
* 18th edition.
* Willingness to undertake further training.
* Experience of working within a customer focused environment.
* Presented in a clean and tidy manner to represent the company, in the most professional manner possible, utilising the uniform and PPE issued.
