Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Client’s team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality electrical installations, performing repairs and maintenance on CNC Machinery and any 3 phase and Single phase site work, ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. About the Role: Fault finding during production. Performing planned and predictive maintenance. Assessing spare parts needs. Adhering to relevant legislation, company policy, and procedures. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and records. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping. Supporting other teams and functions as required. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Liaising with the Coordinator to establish requirements. Conforming to health and safety procedures and policies. Contributing to the continuous improvement of factory equipment and maintenance. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment Mentoring and supporting apprentices. About You: You are a proactive and reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem-solving. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You possess excellent communication skills and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to continuous improvement. Essential Skills & Experience: Electrical Engineer with a min of 18th Wiring Edition Proven experience in a similar electrical maintenance role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of factory processes and technology. Experience improving and maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of PLC an advantage Familiarity with various factory equipment, including CNC and conventional machines. Experience with planned and preventative maintenance. Ability to read engineering drawings and quality plans. Methodical approach to systems and understanding of established work procedures. Ability to make informed decisions and take appropriate action. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Ability to support internal and external teams. Ability to maintain and improve effective working practices, housekeeping, and health & safety standards. Ability to safely handle materials. Desirable Skills & Experience: Multi-skilled in basic mechanical practices. Personal Attributes: Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities. Strong work ethic and a desire to contribute. Reliable and honest, with excellent timekeeping. Motivated to learn new skills and take on new challenges. Job Type: Full-time 4 Day week Mon-Thurs
