Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join a highly regarded food manufacturing company operating in a clean, controlled environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to work with state-of-the-art equipment and play a key role in maintaining the reliability of critical food production machinery.
Responsibilities:

Conducting electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on production and packaging machinery.

Ensuring compliance with strict food hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with schedules.
*
Diagnosing faults on motors, sensors, panels, and PLC-controlled systems.
*
Working alongside mechanical engineers to support site-wide operations.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an electrical maintenance engineer, ideally within a food or FMCG environment.
*
Knowledge of working in a clean or controlled environment is highly desirable.
*
Strong understanding of 3-phase systems, control panels, and PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley).
*
Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, HNC).
*
Proactive attitude and excellent fault-finding abilities.
