Job Description
Electrical Estimator - Westbury
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Electrical Estimator to join our client's team in Westbury.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements
Assess and manage risk levels on proposed projects
Carry out preliminary design work where necessary to support accurate estimating
Research materials and equipment to ensure suitability and cost-effectiveness
Prepare and issue enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
Complete material take-offs from service drawings and specifications
Set up estimate structures in dedicated estimating software
Input labour, material, and subcontract elements into costings
Conduct site surveys when needed
Follow up tenders and assist in securing contracts
Handover of secured projects to the contracts team with a full brief on scope and cost-saving opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar Electrical Estimator role
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Comfortable using estimating software and related toolsSalary: £45,000-£50,000
25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

Hours: Full-time, 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week)
